About the event
Step into Mastering Leadership and discover the power of self-awareness and the art of “seeing how you see”. When we shift how we see, we transform how we lead, both for ourselves and for those around us. This is the heart of Mastering Leadership: creating a space where clarity, growth, and impactful leadership emerge from within.
Leadership starts with knowing yourself—your values, emotions, and beliefs. As you develop this awareness, you gain the ability to lead with clarity, empathy, and authenticity. When you see how you see, you expand your capacity to adapt, connect, and inspire – this unlocks your potential to create meaningful impact.
The first responsibility of a leader is to define reality.
The last is to say thank you.
In between, the leader is a servant.
—Max DePree
Purpose
Discover yourself as a leader and recognize where in your life you currently lead.
Uncover any blocks that get in the way of showing up as that leader.
See your judgments, filters, opinions, and points of view and realize that you are not ruled by them. Then notice where it is that you stop seeing.
Become aware of how you see and uncover new ways of seeing that enable you to show up with your innate leadership gifts.
What to expect?
Expect to explore and consider what it is to be a leader and learn to identify reality as it is.
Experience how it feels to lead and how you handle this responsibility by sitting in the leadership chair. Here you are responsible for the whole room and managing the entire group while working with a participant on stage. You simultaneously explore the dynamics of interacting individually and within the group.
Become more confident in your ability to include more of you in all areas of your life.
Identify other ways of seeing and other ways of working.
What’s in it for you?
Experiential Learning: In this workshop, you have multiple opportunities to challenge and reveal yourself in an intellectually stimulating adventure. You also get the chance to see where you stop in your leadership. You discover what it truly takes to lead and whether you are prepared to embody that leadership effectively.
Real-time Feedback: Receive instant, constructive feedback that helps you to see yourself clearly and to make conscious choices in your life. This is your chance to test your assumptions and shift your perspective in a supportive environment.
Mind Expansion: This is a space where ideas flow freely; expand your mind and spark new possibilities. When you step into this environment, you are not just growing individually, you are interacting with others who are also exploring, creating, and breaking through their own boundaries. This undeniable energy is contagious and results in exponential growth.
Transcendent Leadership: Learn to stay present with the tension of opposites. It is in this delicate balance — where certainty gives way to curiosity—that deeper understanding and connection emerge. In this space, you discover clarity, and compassion, and navigate leadership’s complexities with power, grace, and resilience.
