Our foundational workshop, The Mastery Of Self Expression, is a transformational weekend where you step into your power, embrace your creativity, and experience yourself in a whole new way.

Purpose
The Purpose of The Mastery is Threefold:
Firstly, to discover yourself as the source of your own creativity, power, emotions, and self-expression. This leads you to connect with more of your passion.
Secondly, to move from a position of unconsciousness and fogginess to a position of consciousness and clarity; when you are willing to be clear, you become powerful.
Finally, when you realize that you are the source of your creativity and become clear and conscious, you uncover the blocks to your power and what prevents you from getting what you want. With the tools gained in the workshop, you break free of these blocks and begin fulfilling your purpose.

Ongoing Support: We provide a facilitated follow-up meeting 10 days after the workshop, an opportunity to join a support group, and an invitation to observe or assist The Mastery of Self Expression Workshop at any location where the workshop is held after completion.
Experiential Learning: This is a hands-on, highly interactive workshop where you are at the centre of the action. Expect to be on stage several times throughout the weekend as you explore new ways of expressing yourself and connecting with others.
Lasting Transformation: You will be emboldened to actualize your innate power and continue to enjoy the fruits of your work long after the weekend.
What to expect?
Using the stage and acting exercises, you are guided through a series of dynamic exercises and personalized support. Here you step outside your comfort zone, challenge your assumptions, learn to trust your voice, stand in your truth, and engage with others from a place of authenticity. You participate in group and individual activities designed to challenge your perspectives and reveal your true potential.
In The Mastery of Self Expression Workshop, your voice matters; this is a space where you are truly seen and heard, and your unique perspective is valued and respected. This is your opportunity to express yourself fully, knowing that you are in a masterfully-guided environment that exists to celebrate you.

Memorize a short 2-3 minute piece (monologue, song, poem, or speech) that has meaning for you.
